Thank you for allowing us to assist you in adding a new feathered friend to your aviary. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

At our facility, we prioritize the health and well-being of our birds. We take pride in ensuring that only healthy birds are shipped out to our customers. Before departure, each bird undergoes a thorough health check, and we also capture photos for reference purposes.

Upon arrival, please ensure there is an ample supply of water available for your new bird to replenish after its journey. If, for any reason, your feathered friend does not arrive safely, it’s crucial to inform us within the first 48 hours after delivery. In such cases, we require pictures of the sick or deceased bird.

Please contact us promptly via email at sales@martinsexoticbirds.com with any concerns or issues you may have. After the initial 48-hour period, we cannot accept responsibility for any incidents involving your bird, as they are no longer under our care. Therefore, timely communication is essential for addressing any potential problems effectively.
