Thank you for letting us help in providing a new feather friend for your aviary. Just a few things to let you know about. We take great pride in the health and care of our birds, which is why we only ship out healthy birds. We check each bird before they are prepared to leave for their trip as well as take pictures to be able to reference the birds we send. When he/she arrives, make sure there is plenty of water available so they can replenish after their trip. If for some reason your new feathered friend does not arrive safely, we need to know within the first 48 hours after arrival. If something does happen, we will need pictures of the sick or deceased. After 48 hours we are not responsible if anything happens to your new feathered friend since they are no longer in our care.
